Salt with herbs
Ingredients:
· 50 gr. Coriander seeds (5 spoonfuls)
· 10 gr. Fennel seeds (1 spoonful)
· 10 gr. Sesame seeds (1 spoonful)
· 10 gr. Flax seeds (1 spoonful)
· 50 gr. Yellow mustard seeds (3 spoonfuls)
· 10 gr. Oregano (3 spoonfuls)
· 10 gr. Savoury (3 spoonfuls)
· 10 gr. Thyme (3 spoonfuls)
· 5 gr. Rosemary (1 spoonful)
· 10 gr. Dill (3 spoonfuls)
· 10 gr. Spearmint (3 spoonfuls)
· 10 gr. Black pepper (1 spoonful)
· 100 gr. Salt* (4 spoonfuls)
Mix the afore-mentioned herbs without processing them and grind just before adding them to your meal, so that they are freshly ground. This salt contains acids and all trace elements, as well as all vitamins (other than B12 and C), all unsaturated fatty acids and all amino acids. Furthermore, it has antimicrobial and anti-fungi properties and helps regulate the intestinal flora.
(*) If you are following a salt-free diet you can omit the salt.
